To be honest, since I take Netflix, I haven't used you lot in quite a while. I even went so far equally to delete the app, information technology's been that long. Only today I recently discovered a game that I had never heard of before. It looked quite interesting simply I didn't desire to purchase it. I remembered you lot, re-downloaded the app and found the game on my route to pick upwardly dinner. Every bit I was getting ready to check out, I went to my email to see if at that place were whatsoever promotions from yous guys as I really didn't want to pay for this game I just wanted to attempt it out. Unfortunately, the last one you sent me was back in Baronial. I figured yous guys had forgotten about me every bit I had you and so I wasn't likewise upset about it; but equally I went to check out I noticed the promo options said I had one available, when I checked it, it was a gratuitous night rental gift from Redbox for my altogether last calendar month. Information technology warmed my heart so much I had to write this review. When I was actively using Redbox I was never disappointed in the quality of the videos or games or the availability of them. I give Redbox five stars every day of the year, even if I am non using them.

Simply rented my get-go on need picture threw Redbox. It was a horrible experience. I would not play if I had downloaded the movie. The but manner it would let me spotter was threw using my data on my Telephone. It was terrible quality often times existence so blurry and pixilated you lot could non see what was on the screen every bit well equally shuddering. I would have to stop the app and restart the moving picture only to become the quality bad enough to see what was on the screen information technology buffered ever few minutes. I made sure it was updated uninstalled and reinstalled the rare time it let me delete the download it could start watching it with my data. I tryed iii times to download and play it. It would download fine but would not play. All it would say was continue watching even before I had started watching it. And would not really play no mater how many times you pressed continue watching. Unless of course it wasn't downloaded and I was using my phones data. I called customer support and they claimed they "refreshed" the moving-picture show and extended the available days which it didn't and did aught. They could not offering any existent help. Delight save yourself the trouble, unless you take a kicking data plan and great connection dont bother using red box on demand if you tin only use your phone. It just would not play if it was downloaded. Maybe it works meliorate on another device. Stick with there disk rental if y'all use Redbox I know I will.

Great user experience except for the map part
This app works pretty swell for when I occasionally rent a motion picture. My only gripe is that the Redbox locator map is terrible. You tin search based on current location or fifty-fifty zip only you tin can't compression and zoom on the map to run across the actual cantankerous streets. Or sometimes y'all can pinch and zoom but not to the area you want, and adjusting the map in any other style results in information technology sprinting back to the zoomed out look again.
The list with the addresses is in that location simply non helpful if there are several machines on the same street but may not be that close to each other. Exercise yous ever know the actual address of stores y'all visit?
So my i wish is that y'all could navigate the map to locate the preferred machine of your choice if you could navigate the map function as it is unremarkably easier to locate a car based on the map, especially if the machine is located in a shopping centre.
